Prof. Dr. Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj The Dean stated that adopting the National Quality Award criteria as a framework for operations helps the organization develop a systematic management system, design courses and services that effectively meet the needs of learners and service users, and identify key gaps that require urgent development, such as workforce planning to align with expanding missions, upgrading personnel competencies, and generating revenue for long-term stability. Therefore, the strategic process does not stop at the planning stage but is consistently translated into practical implementation at all levels of the organization.

The Dean also highlighted the ongoing outcomes, noting improved skills and organizational commitment among staff, and the continuous redesign and review of core processes across all missions, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced time, costs, and errors. Simultaneously, the development of services tailored to user needs expanded the patient base, built trust among patients, students, and stakeholders, leading to revenue growth and tangible quality outcomes.

Looking ahead, the goal is to become "A Great Dental School for All," with the aim of achieving this vision by 2570. This involves producing high-quality graduates who meet professional standards, are ready to serve society, and improve the quality of life for the public. Management emphasizes clear work systems, defined roles and responsibilities, and the use of evidence-based decision-making to ensure consistent, verifiable, and continuously improving operational results.

The Dean also stated that the progress made reflects the collaborative power of all personnel, who fully take responsibility for their roles and responsibilities, resulting in strong teamwork and shared goals.
