The Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, held a congratulatory event to celebrate a significant achievement: receiving two prestigious international quality awards. These awards reflect the faculty's excellent organizational management and outstanding leadership.
The Thailand Quality Class Plus: Operation Award for Excellence in Management, 2568.
The Leadership Excellence Award for Outstanding Operational Performance in 2568 was presented to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Achirawut Supanphesat, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry.
The event was held on Wednesday, March 11, 2569, at the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, amidst an atmosphere of pride and collaborative spirit among administrators, faculty, staff, and students who warmly offered their congratulations. The event was honored by the presence of key administrators and personnel from the university and the Faculty of Dentistry, who delivered congratulatory speeches and shared their perspectives on the organization's achievements.

The Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, reiterates the goal of "The best dental school for everyone."
Asst. Prof. Dr. Achirawut Suphanphet, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University It was stated that, “The Faculty of Dentistry was established with the aspiration to produce graduates to solve problems in dental public health, especially in the northeastern region of Thailand. It aims to develop education that meets professional standards, conduct research to create new knowledge, and provide academic services and tertiary dental services that meet international standards. The faculty has a shared goal of developing the organization into “the best dental school for all,” by using management guidelines based on educational quality criteria for excellence and the National Quality Award criteria as tools to design and develop work systems in all missions. Continuous review and improvement are undertaken to sustainably enhance the faculty's performance in all dimensions.”
The Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry stated, “Organizational success cannot be achieved in a short period of time. It requires a continuous learning process, review, and development of work systems, as well as the cooperation and collaboration of all personnel and the support of all stakeholders. The success achieved today is therefore a result of everyone's collective efforts in driving the Faculty forward steadily. The foundation of the organization's strength is reflected in our achievements, including receiving the TQC Plus People Award for excellence in personnel in 2564 and, most recently, the TQC Plus Operation Award for excellence in operations in 2568. These awards demonstrate the strength of our personnel, organizational culture, and operational systems that meet high standards and lead to operational excellence.”
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry expressed gratitude to Khon Kaen University, the university administration, faculty members, and advisors, especially Assistant Professor Saowaluk Sukprasert, as well as all stakeholders who have supported and driven the organization's development. The Dean also thanked all personnel of the Faculty of Dentistry for their collective efforts in creating a learning organization, their continuous development, and their unwavering dedication to the faculty's success.
